Delivery in Dubai


Courier delivery cost in Dubai is 15 AED.

We ship our orders with Naqel transport company. 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information and an estimated delivery date.

Courier delivery of orders within Dubai is available daily from 11 am to 9 pm.

Dubai — delivery from 1 to 3 days.


Express delivery cost in Dubai is 100 AED.

Express delivery of orders within Dubai is available daily from 12 am to 8 pm.

Same day delivery in Dubai subject to availability and size of goods in stock, is available only if your order and delivery is 100% pre-paid.


Delivery with fitting cost in Dubai is 200 AED.

Same day delivery with fitting available for orders placed by 7 pm.

All of the order placed after 7pm will be delivered the next day.

Same day delivery with fitting in Dubai subject to availability and size of goods in stock, is available only if your delivery is 100% pre-paid.


Pickup from warehouse in Dubai is free.

The order formation period is 1-2 working days after payment. 

After the parcel is transferred to the transport company, the tracking number for tracking the parcel is sent to the email address that was specified in the order. When filling in the ‘email’ line, check its correctness carefully.


Delivery by the Logistics Services Company DHL.


Delivery is carried out by courier door-to-door at the designated address specified when ordering. Be careful and accurate when filling out the form (the address especially), do not make mistakes and, if possible, specify all the details of the address. The cost and delivery time are calculated individually for every city.


After the parcel is shipped, a tracking number is sent to the email address specified when placing the order. You can track the shipment on the DHL website.


For non-CIS countries Clients, we send an order without taking taxes and duties of the host country into account. The recipient of the cargo (the order) is responsible for all import fees, receiving the parcel is possible only after all payments have been made. For detailed information about the actual import fees or for obtaining documentation or receipts related to customs clearance, you can contact the office of the Logistics Services Company DHL.


If you cancel your order after transferring it to the Logistics Services Company, the original shipping cost is not refunded. Also, all additional import fees and the costs of returning the parcel to the Sender are paid by the Buyer. This amount will be deducted from the return amount of the order.
