DO I HAVE TO PAY ADDITIONAL CUSTOMS FEES?

When shipping within Russia and to EAEU countries (Kazakhstan, Belarus, Armenia and Kyrgyzstan), customs fees are not charged. In other countries there may be additional customs duties or taxes set by the Legislation of the destination country.

HOW TO PAY CUSTOMS DUTIES?

Paying customs fees is easy. After delivery to your destination country, you can pay the tax by following the link you will receive in an SMS from DHL along with your waybill number. All you have to do is pay the tax online. You won't have to talk to customs officials as the tax amount is automatically calculated.

In some countries it is possible to pay customs duties directly to the courier when you deliver the parcel.

We are a commercial organization with a large volume of daily international shipments, checked by the customs services of the Russian Federation and the country of destination. We do not send parcels by methods contrary to the Law.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AND PAY CUSTOMS DUTIES AFTER THE PARCEL HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

You can cancel your order if the parcel has not been shipped yet. After the parcel has been dispatched, the buyer cannot avoid paying customs duties. Customs fees must be paid by the buyer and the parcel must be received.
